The short version

Your name, your department, and your scores stay on your device. We never see them. We count anonymous activity, like "someone finished the infant CPR station," so we can improve the training and show it's working.

What stays on your device only

Everything you type (name, department, crew names, feedback drafts) and your full training record. It's saved in your browser's storage on this phone or computer. We have no copy, no account, and no way to see it. Your training record CSV and backup file go only where you send them.

Nothing loads from Google or any advertising network. The code, fonts, and icons all come from this site and are saved on your phone for offline use. The only outside request Preconnect makes is the anonymous count described next, and only while statistics are on.

What we count, anonymously

We use GoatCounter, an open-source, privacy-friendly statistics service. It uses no cookies and no tracking IDs. It records:

We use these numbers to find where training is confusing, fix bugs, and report results to grant funders, always as totals, never about any one person.

What we never do

No ads. No selling or sharing data. No cookies. No accounts or passwords. No collecting names, emails, or anything you type into the app.
